About this Rule

These precision sprint competition rules are unique to AIRSOFT SPOTTER. This shooting competition tests speed and accuracy within a limited time of three seconds.

Equipment

  • Any type of gun is allowed
    • Sights: Any sights are allowed

Targets

Tokyo Marui Pro Catch Target.

  • The central red circle is the 10-point ring and X ring
  • Six rings from 9 points to 4 points

Positions

Standing, start from an aimed-down position. Keep your arm and muzzle pointed below 45 degrees downward.

Courses of Fire

5m (5.47yds). One shot. 5 stages.

Stage Procedures and Range Commands

  1. Sighting Shot

    A sighting shot is allowed before the first stage. Ensure the safety is on and do not touch the trigger.

  2. Start Position

    Start from an aimed-down position. Do not touch the trigger and keep your arm and muzzle pointed below 45 degrees downward. Each firearm may start with the hammer cocked and, if applicable, with the safety off.

  3. Range Commands

    • "Make Ready": The competitor must face downrange and prepare their firearm. The competitor must then assume the required start position.

    • "Stand By": This command should be followed by the start signal within 1 to 4 seconds.

    • "Start Signal": At the audible start signal, the competitor begins their attempt at the course of fire.

    • "Stop Signal": The competitor must immediately cease firing.
